A Bit About Me
I'm a gospel singer on the weekends and a handyman during the week.
I have more than 30 years of experience in residential /commercial maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and a high customer satisfaction rating, almost 100%. I pride myself in excellent customer service. I have always managed to return to a job and resolve all issues effectively. I have done total remodels, I have installed entire bathrooms including all of the plumbing. I have installed vinyl plank board flooring, Other tasks I can perform are door installations, window installations, gutter guards (I can install gutter guards for less than half of what the gutter companies charge). I can install hot water heaters. Sometimes you don't need a new unit. I can save you money by flushing your existing hot water heater and replacing the heating units in the hot water heater. Other tasked I can perform are interior painting, garbage disposal installation, light fixture installs, decayed flooring & joist removal and replacements, deck installation performed according to local codes & top deck board replacements.

Roofing superviser for Cooley Roofing in Clemmons NC. I have a good working knowledge of roofing.I do offer a complete service on roofs . In which I replace pipe flashing (the rubber seals on the vent pipes, I repair any nail pops. This roof service can fix leaks and extend the life of your roof for up to 10 years or more.
I worked for myself as a handyman in the New Bern NC are during these years. I was a part time paid music minister at 3 different churches during these years.
In my capacity as a handyman working independently, I often undertook assignments from property manger Ross Zang at Century 21 in New Bern NC, which involved completing a checklist of tasks to prepare houses for rental or sale.
